Gallery: Festival of the Light (2017)

Below are pictures of the 2017 Festival of the Light. Many thanks to all who participated in making this year's start of the Advent Season an awe-inspiring concert of the ages. Special thanks the Knights of Columbus and the Council of Catholic Women of St. Joseph and all the parishioners who helped set up, make the hors d'ouerves and serve during the reception prior to the concert in the parish hall. The concert inside the church included songs sung by the adult music ministry of the parish and the "Children of Light" choir that was directed by Jessica Benavidez and Damien Leon. Throughout the concert, there were surprise special performances from Sharon Wade and her daughter Miracle, Virginia Serna-Flores, Gerard Flores and Dr. Michael Flores. Between songs, Vanessa, Joe and Charles read about the meaning of the upcoming Advent Season while two dancers from Jeannie's Academy of Dance opened and closed the concert with their beautiful ballet-like moves.
