The Diocesan Council of Catholic Women held it's Lenten Retreat on Saturday, March 9, 2019. (the last one prior to the COVID pandemic in 2020). The event was held at Our Lady of the Meadows in Pueblo, CO.
A total of 63 women from various parishes in the diocese were present. The retreat kicked off at 8 a.m., wth registration and breakfast which consisted of various pastries, fruit and coffee, juice or water. Deacon Buddy Rodriguez was the featured speaker. Lunch was served and consisted of various soups and bread from several members of the diocese.
