pugh kennedyThis week, we proudly recognize Kennedy Pugh as United Way’s Hero of the Week (June 17), a title that only begins to capture the depth of his heart, leadership, and service.

Kennedy is a current member of our Board of Trustees, where his insight, compassion, and commitment to equity help shape the direction of our work every day. But his impact reaches far beyond the boardroom.

He is a passionate volunteer performer and fundraiser for On the Hook Karaoke, bringing joy, energy, and purpose to the event. His performances didn't just entertain; they helped raise crucial funds that directly support individuals and families in need.

As the founder of The Love and Impact Group, Kennedy brings his powerful message of healing, connection, and emotional intelligence to audiences across the country. He is a national speaker, emotional wellness advocate, and author, dedicated to helping people understand their worth and lead from a place of authenticity.

Kennedy’s ability to connect with people to speak life into hard spaces and to bring light to difficult conversations is a rare gift. Whether he’s mentoring youth, encouraging a room full of leaders, or simply listening to someone who needs to be heard, Kennedy shows up with purpose and heart.

He is a tireless advocate for mental health, community empowerment, and spiritual growth and above all, he is a deeply active member of our amazing community.
Please join us in thanking Kennedy Pugh for his incredible service, unwavering dedication, and the love he spreads wherever he goes. We are honored to celebrate him.
