2025 St. Joseph Annual Parish Festival (Aug. 2-3)

festival header25

The Annual St. Joseph Festival is was held  on Sat., and Sun., Aug. 2-3, on the parish grounds and big crowds came out both days to enjoy food, fun and fellowship. There was a variety of events for everyone from the kids games, adult chance games, the BIG raffle, BINGO, tournaments (youth baseball, adult co-ed softball and horseshoes) several variety of food (Mexican, roasted corn, Lolbasi and meatball sandwiches, hamburgers and street tacos as well as snow cones to help stay cool in the stifling heat that was present during the festival). There was also a varieties of entertainment booked that appealed to all who came and listened.

Thanks to ALL who helped make this parish festival happen, from setting up the booths, tables and chairs to the many who slaved in the kitchen to feed the festivalgoers who came out as well as tearing down the festival on Mon., Aug. 4.

Also thanks to the MANY, MANY sponsors who helped with monetary or food donations for this year's festival.

We could not have done it without you to make this the best church festival in Pueblo!

St. Joseph Festival Chairpersons Thank You!

Festival Entertainment Tent (2025)Festival Entertainment Tent (2025)A The St. Joseph Festival Chairs would like to thank everyone who helped make the 2025 St. Joseph Festival an enormous success!! And you made that happen!!! Thank you to all of our Committee Chairs for stepping up and making their part of this event spectacular!! The long hours, sore feet and backs made it happen in a big way!

These chairs deserve our gratitude as it all starts there! Thank you for coming to the meetings, prepping, organizing, arranging, hauling, and coming out on the other end tired but oh so successful! We hope you feel proud and satisfied as you should ,we are so very appreciative!!
We want to send out a huge thanks also to the folks that gave their time to volunteer, whether it was helping to set up ahead of the festival, work the booths, or helping us put it all away at the end, couldn’t have done it without you!! It takes a lot of hands to make this event happen, and you came out and made it work!! Again, we have to thank folks that came from other parishes to help us, we had a contingency from the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart again this year helping us so want to send a big thank your their way!!

Additionally, we’d like to thank our donors who help us make these festivals successful. These individuals and companies show what it means to
be a great neighbor! We had a lot of folks help us out. Please see the insert as there are too many to name here but we want to be sure they get the credit that is much deserved.

We’d like to thank Runyon Sports Complex for their time and effort organizing the Youth Baseball Tournament. They have done this for us two years in a row and it is great to have them as part of our team!!! We would like to acknowledge Mario Doose who jumped in and got Adult Softball back in full swing, if you didn’t make it over to the fields during the Festival, it was great seeing a Pueblo Tradition thriving!!

Thank you Father Steve and the St. Joe’s staff for your help and support! We know we throw a lot at you leading-up to and during the Festival, thanks for helping us do this thing!!

Again, we thank the Duvall and Carter families who were there for many hours of preparation many trips to Sam’s, and many Festival hours hauling this here, moving that there, running errands, chasing down whatever was needed, we appreciate your efforts and enjoy having you there with us demonstrating what family is all about. thank you all for a job well done!

God Bless,

Lori Carter, Vince and June Duvall
