The St. Joseph Annual Spaghetti Dinner is one of the longest running events in Pueblo. Held on the first Sunday in November since 1961, the dinner is a staple our parishioners enjoy cooking up for all of the Pueblo community to enjoy.
Members of the community at St. Joseph came together on Sunday, Nov. 5, 2023, to continue a longstanding 62 year tradition -- host the Annual Spaghetti Dinner. This was the first time since 2019 (pre-COVID pandemic) that the general public could sit down and dine together in the Fr. Charles J. Murray Parish Hall on the best spaghetti in town. Take-outs were also available for those wishing to enjoy their dinner at home.
The dinner consisted of a small or large helping of spaghetti with a meatball or two, a salad, dinner roll and cake for dessert (along with utensils and salad dressing).
Thanks goes out to all who volunteered to help make this year's dinner a success! We could not have done it without you!!
